I Travis Hawk & I Starla Hawk, The Breeders, further referred to as Silverpitbulls, herby enter into a Sales Agreement (Contract) with: ___________________________________. Silverpitbulls herby agrees to Sale: One, ADBA & UKC Dual Registered, American Pit Bull Terrier, Name: _________________________. Upon receipt of said dog/puppy, the Purchaser will provide all associated care in relation to said dog/puppy, which includes, Vaccinations, Food, And Shelter, and agrees to provide Silverpitbulls with copies of all Vaccination and Veterinary Records as requested. The Purchaser, by signing this agreement, herby provides their Consent for the Breeder to Contact and Discuss the above mentioned animal with Any Treating Veterinarian.

Said dog/puppy is in good health and condition at this time, the Purchaser may take this dog/puppy to a Veterinarian of their choice within the next three business days for examination. If deemed unhealthy in any way, the dog/puppy may be returned to the Breeder, if the Breeder’s Veterinarian has determined the Purchaser has not caused the health problem, a replacement may be provided, at the Breeders discretion.

The First Series of Vaccinations have been Administered to said dog/puppy, by the Breeder. A health record is being retained by the Breeder, and a copy will be provided to the Purchaser.

Puppies need to be vaccinated at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks for distemper/parvo/canine hepatitis/adenovirus-2 and at 20 weeks or older for rabies. A year after their last vaccination they need a booster, after that they only need to be revaccinated every 3 years (unfortunately there are some states which still require rabies vax to be given yearly). The Purchaser agrees to have additional Vaccinations given to the dog/puppy on the schedule advised. The dog/puppy has been started on Interceptor for heart worms. It is advised that the Purchaser contact their Veterinarian for follow up for Rabies Vacination, and Additional Heart Worm Protection.

The Breeder reserves the right to reclaim said dog/puppy without prior notice to the Purchaser, should the Purchaser be unable to provide adequate food, shelter, attention, or Veterinary care, or should the dog/puppy be allowed to roam loose or be kept in such a way to endanger its life or safety, or the life or safety of others. In the event the terms of this paragraph are invoked, the Breeder shall not be obligated to pay the Purchaser any consideration in as much as the Purchaser’s breech shall be considered an abandonment of said dog/puppy.

Said dog/puppy is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would interfere with the animal living a quality life. In the event that such a defect is discovered, a replacement puppy of equal value would be given to the Purchaser, and said dog/puppy is to be returned to the Breeder. The Purchaser understands that the Breeder cannot guarantee show quality. The Breeder can only state an opinion as to the show potential at the time of the agreement. The Breeder guarantees linage as stated on the ADBA & UKC Registration Papers.

It is understood that this dog/puppy is not to be released, sold, for any illegal purpose. In the event of breach, the Purchaser is liable to the Breeder for any cost associated with recovery or rehabilitation of said dog/puppy at the time the Purchaser's breach occurs.

This contract does not in any way preclude the Purchaser from Municipal Prosecution. All parties herby understand this contract in its entirety and acknowledge that this contract is a legal and binding contract.
